Exercising


I have started a Boot Camp training class in Lehi that is great!! A group of us carpool up there at 4:45 in the morning and workout for an hour 5 days during the week. We have been going for two weeks so far and in our last week weigh in I lost 1/2" in my waist and 2" in my thigh!! By the end of the month I am hoping to lose 2" total in my waist and my hips!!

way to go. that's awesome. i'm glad to hear your boot camp is going so well. i'd like to do something like that sometime. for now i'll settle for lounging on the beach and eating lots of delicious food.
